Bexwell is a small village in Norfolk, England.
The station was opened on 27 October 1846 as Downham, being renamed Downham Market on 1 June 1981.[1]
These three schools fed a unique whole town co-educational Joint Sixth Form consortium for 27 years until April 2010, when the High School withdrew from the consortium.[21] At the beginning of the academic year 2010/2011, there were 776 students in the Joint Sixth Form.[22]
During the annual airshow, on 7 July 1979, Colonel Thomas Thompson piloting an Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II crashed approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) north of the site and was killed.
The museum is open by appointment. Due to the museum's location in a working air base, all visitors must present a photo ID for entry.
